I think it is important to understand that the Cliffs project is not needed for Noront. It is benifitial and would be nice to be able to use a railroad and to have financial support into this comminity project but Noront is a stand alone project design. I might add too that it is a very enviorormentaly organized project as well. Cliffs may never be allowed but Noront will. IMO
