And how about a rail line eastwards north of the Albany River to Hudson's Bay?

Perhaps extend it to link up with the old line from Sault St. Marie to Moosonee. That would really open up that region. Perhaps lead to a port on the Hudson along the line of Churchill's.

Of course that means Ontario is slow in following Manitoba's lead to the Hudson and admission that another province had more foresight.
