Flow Thru, Schmo Thru -- who's to be l00% sure where all of the money goes? Records can be altered or fudged, etc etc.

Not to cast aspersions on NOT financiers or anyone else, but after MF Global big wigs made away with over a billion dollars in customers' dedicated funds, what rules or regs can't be broken by somebody, and when they are clearly caught, who is the regulator who is going to "punish them"?

Sorry, folks, it's a zoo out there -- don't count on anyone to do what they are "supposed" to do.
