Well, I would much sooner be paying the cost of decommissioning and storing the waste of a couple of nuclear power plants (which did provide substantial benefits over their lifetime), than have to deal with the disposition of the thousands of nuclear weapons built by our neighbors to our north or south, but that is a subject probably best left to the off topic forums.
