Well E., you've taken my usual speech and there is a distinct possibility that you are correct on the timing of news...and I would tend to agree with you...however, I also suspect NOT to do the unexpected and it would not be unlikely that the gov't may offer something spicey to kick off the New Year. Along with the latter I would expect NOT to be ready with something equally spicey. We need to consider that there are a lot of players waiting to make some long awaited recompense for their involvement with NOT. Can they wait until Feb.?....it's not that far off after all, nor is the spring. But.....ya never know. We wait to see.
