There may be as many as 2100 to 2800 members who had an income of $34 million and half of that was from Ottawa.
Ottawa and politicians get the blame for lack of overseeing where and how the money was spent. However it looks like most of the blame lies on the door steps of the band. Instead of fixing the problems themselves, it is easier to use the problemms to obtain even more money. At least that is what it appears to be.

It may be somewhat off topic but very appropriate to us.

If this type of situation is occuring in the region then why not with our closest native neighbours, say Webequie. Perhaps to a lesser degree but I hazard a guess that it is so. We as share holders will likely be asked to contribute $ wise to 'solve' such problems.

We already are asked to share the wealth of the region and the worse off they are the more we are morally obliged to 'share'.
