You just have to look at other remote mines, Musselwhite, Diavik, Victor, etc that don't have towns around them. Noront will have the smallest footprint and access route using existing but upgraded routes that will stay past the possible thaw of iceroad routes. This route is despertly needed and anyone stoping this upgrade for the communities along it, is fighting a necesary peice of progress that must happen. Mine or no mine.
