Did you notice the 1,000.000 overalotment shares at .86 cents. What would not want $86,000,000 for in the near term? Pipeline, railroad allotment??

I believe the number would not be 86,000,000 but 860,000. So I would say not a Pipeline etc. but perhaps a burger stand.....clearly a favour for some buddies.
