and if you are so kind to let us who dont have level II, know whats going on, and if your gonna call it manipulation, then do us all a favour( those of us who dont have level II ), and notify the OSC, about the manipulation, and quit yelling at us about it, if there is nothing you can do about it by notifying the OSC, then there really isnt anything you can do about it by letting all us here at agoracom know... is there..
