In a news release today, Richard Nemis's companies have annouced their intention to merge, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.

The proposed merger will be on a one for one basis, and the combined company will be know as Bold, and will continue to be listed on the Venture Exchange.

The shares of both companies will remain halted for an unspecified time while necessary legalities are completed.
