Goldfinger, what you say is ok. Diversify indeed.

But if a stock is worth investing in today at 3$ then I think it is also worth investing some more later at 1$. Usually such stocks do more exploration and increase value in that time.

If there is a good possibility of not being a mine or environmental reasons then it never was worth investing in in the first place.

Note, the natives blocked the Ring but now they appear to be on board. Worthy stocks do resolve their problems in time.
