Government announcement would result in all involved in the Ring having sp rising similar percentages.

I do not see that therefore am not inclined to think so. Rich, ditto for natives.

NOT's sp showed action first and for days so it has to involve us most. FNC's sp reacted in the last minutes of trades today and not as strong, so ANL's guess is as good as any.
