"The Company has initiated a limited drill program that will run from October through December 2011. Costs are estimated to be $2.0 million. The Company has sufficient cash on hand to complete the planned
drilling."
Is $2.0 million a relatively high number for a 'limited' drill program?
And this 'limited drill program' has been readily 'initiated' (instead of 'planned'), during the course of an uncompleted survey, out of 'preliminary analisys'? Committing 2MM in the middle of a half-run, unstudied survey??? Weird, isn't it? Why the hurry? So many work to do out of the already planned programs...
Just think out loud, all this may be translated as: "We are quite sure we found more nickel, this may be huge, and we are so excited that we started to drill pronto before the final report, but don't worry, we have the cash to do it, and it will worth it!"
