Not only drops 2 pennies after a 34% rise after some efforts to take it down and on a poor day in the market. I'd say there was pretty strong support for NOT and I suspect it is clearly more than simple market activity. Big light shining on the ROF, big companies moving in to take up shop, big money in the ground, big guns at stake here. We wait to see.
