First off let me say I know very little about mine start ups. Like what happens first- starting the infrastructure for a plant, or making sure first Nations is on board, or making sure all permits have been given.

I do know Wes said after the Chromite drilling is completed a deal would be made with Baosteel to trade future production for capital to build the plant.

Could an announcement like that be in the making?
