FN action resulted in a plummeting sp yet this time, when there is so much in the works and so much at stake, there doesn't appear to be any worry over this judging from the price action. Is there a perception that, as the big boys are involved, the FN will just drift into the background, or was there a concerted effort to monkey with the sp in the past using the FN problem as a front? Food for thought.
