That's exactly it....the sellers, who ever they were, have slowed drastically and now little volumes are capable of pushing the SP which in turn will ultimately begin to show on the charts as an upward trend...and we all know that investors like their friend the trend. Momentum will build and then it will be up to NOT et al to provide a flash point. Not withstanding an economic armagedon, we should see something by June or early spring to herald the new phase with NOT and the Ontario North.
