Sorry to offend those that felt compelled to PM me on my choice to post the above message.

I have been following the NOT hub since inception.
The discussion of management, their salaries,options granted, with nothing to show in the share price is always a hot topic and thorn in many sides.
I think Wes could learn a lesson from Steve Jobs, show your shareholders you believe in the company and take lesser pay for the good of the entire enterprise.
