"Now we are seeing the sell-off of the over 2.25 million shares (turnover) that happened last week.

Everyone (public and institutions) are waiting for the "word" and are parking their $$ in other stocks for quicker gratification or holding onto it on the side lines.

Without word from the politicians, or our soon to be new BOD, our Noront shares will "languish at this range til the cows come home"

So why is RBC buying significant amounts? Why is NOT not going down big time like other really previously hot stocks with lots of future value? Why would we languish in this range? Why would we not see a washout sell like so many of the others? If we are to stay in this range as you say that would mean those that would be out are out and the rest are holding?
