I've always equated a dead NOT site, something I've been watching and waiting for, with the achievement of the goals of those who set out to relieve the shareholders of their holdings. In other words.... a quiet NOT site is like the bottom in the market where the people have bailed, lost interest, been demoralized and that is the point at which things move up. Let's see if this is the case.
