Sum - thanks for your vigilance.

If Cliffs are going to make a move to purchase NOT it would make sense that they do it now - before the full Feasibility Study is issued. The full study will place a current value on both the Eagle's nest and the chromite resource that will likely translate into a share price much higher than the multiples involved in both the Spider and Freewest take-overs (Cliffs previous takeover signatures).
