There may have been a leak about the big debate that is coming up

This leak could have happened over weekend and that is why you see the huge volumes yesterday and today.

It probably was about transportation means and/or hydro incentives.

These two are the major "icebergs" standing between going ahead and other improvements.

As I don't hold any Cliffs, but do hold Noront it would seem that these two companies would be immediate benifactors of any decision in the near future.

The other players are not in position to benefit at the present time
