Someone is building a large base on BIG news coming ....or worse.... someone has been working on a buyout at a cheap price (we've been around / under 50 cents since August 6th) and has been manipulating this stock for a long time and now is in the position to make it's move.

These maybe the reasons for a 2+ million stock shift.
