NOT looks like a stunning buy right now for some reasons. But the 800-pound gorilla in the room is the Euro. If you're not emotionally attached to Noront, and are debating a new/additional investment, you can continue to sit back right now and watch from the sidelines. You might miss a great opportunity if something suddenly sends NOT back up to the $1.50's or more. But you also might see Europe fall apart in three or four weeks and September 2008 repeat itself, and NOT shares go to ten cents.

I'd far rather take a opportunity loss than a real one. There are always other stocks to buy.
