Does this mean it's "all sizzle and NO steak" this could placate the T.O. "tree huggers", they are mostly vegan, beside which they think that "hogtown" alias the "big smoke" is the center of the universe.... notice the GO-GO train funding!.... and the $10,000 funding for "educated immigrants"....McGuinty knows where the votes are...and they are not in North Eastern Ontario
