I wouldn't count chickens yet B. I look forward to these things coming to fruition but if there is a negative side to this it could be that it could tie up proceedings if all sides can't get together on this. On one hand you have CLF and KWG saying what they want...and they together are the big corporate cats that gov't likes to align with and then there is NOT, the FN and green groups who represent more of the grass roots interests. If these groups dig their heals in things could slow down. We'll just have to wait and see. I'm optimistic but there has been so much crap surrounding markets, world economies and the ROF that it's just as easy to see why things can bog down as it is to see how things could work out. As usual we'll be the last to know.
