It is hard to believe that funding Ring of Fire infrastructure is going to be a differentiating or priority platform during the campaign, especially in Southern Ontario. It may even be risky down there. That is why I really thought it would be tabled and dealt with before the campaign got offically rolling, but time is running out on the before time. If it does not happen now, this week, I guess the 'after the election' prognosticators were spot on. Still, imo, there is a moderate chance that the Liberals might task it this week, layout an inclusive programme covering the Ring, Sudbury, Timmins, Sault, T Bay and all voters in between. They need to some how get on the positive side of hydro even if its only with Northerners and Dalton has put a lot of work into China this year. So maybe they flush something big and comprehensive out now, cause they may not have an after.
