Like a good attorney, Vermillion, you noticed the weird shift in Harris' speech thread! But I differ from your opinion as to the guy's motives... I rather think that Harris did know about nothing concerning Noront and the RoF in general, was taken by surprise, and was talking trough his hat improvising empty words around the fabled misery of explo-cos, etc... while striving to avoid stuttering in his way to the next question! It would have been fun if Andy Bell went further and asked the lethal question: " And what about Cliffs' anouncement to mine their chromite before the end of 2015?"
