Thanks, I too missed that. There is reasons why we need these boards as it makes clear any misunderstanding that a poster gets themselves into. I do like that it says at Noronts discretion and not that Baosteel gets to call all the shots. I think this will happen when the construction money is needed. Then it will be exclusivly up to Baosteel how much of a partnership or ore they want and the rest of the financers get what is left. I think anyway???
