Maybe this is off topic, but I think the news affects all in the ROF to some degree. At any rate I posted it on the KWG board, and am reposting here.

"Seems that selling the NSR is like selling an unlimited access to an ATM. Just my reaction to this . Hope it all turns out for the better for us,but I remain sceptical ."

It takes a good effort to put a negative spin on this news, but there it is.

If we must compare it to an ATM, then it is an ATM with no power to run it, so no ability to extract cash from it.

Actually KWG purchased the (majority?) of this NSR from no other than Richard Nemis a couple of years ago for what I remember was a million or two. That they have now sold it for 18mill should make anyone sit up and commend them.

The other point that merits mention here is that a NSR is valueless unless there is production. If these guys are prepared to expend 18mill on such an intangible, you can bet your boots that they have done a lot of DD, and know what the future holds, and that the end value is a lot more than $.03/share.

The writing is becoming more and more obvious, as KWG sheds their diamond assets, and now their NSR's, all for cash which can be utilized towards the coming railroad construction. With their present cash position, a firm committment from both levels of Gov't, along with some further committment from both NOT and CLF, they will easily have the necessary basics for a debt financing to accomplish their goals.

A year ago we had one big player in the ROF. We now have four, all of whom intend to extract large returns on their participation here.

And yet there is still pessimism out there?????

Best regards

K
