Thank you, for the info and I do now recall it was Herbertwiebe ....the problem is that it made sense then and it still does today!

I imagine that decision put us at the least the 2 years behind and probably cost us $3-4 dollars on our S/P.

I appreciate the line "provided the current management and BOD don't give themselves huge raises again for all the work " THEY" did by getting this done" ...this line seems quite apropos.
