I believe the majority of the dilution is now behind us. We are financed through our feasability which is bankable. After that we have access to non-dilutive financing not to mention Baosteel fronting the money on an off-take deal. The share price will rise and all of us know that, we just had to wait way longer than we expected. If you can wait it out for 5-10 more years $20/share may seem like a low figure.
