There are plenty of companies with worse sp records than Noront and are on the TSX. I think the main requirements are of stringent reporting about goings on with the company and membership price.

Our management finds it more convenient to not to have it's hands tied and of cource the cost. The TSX membership noise of old was just noise as an excuse for their actions.

Just my opinion.
