Power cost, is Cliffs issue, but will they walk away or sell out if they don't get that and will someone else take on supplying the power at the desired cost, FN's want to. I see a temporary deal to Cliffs while a permanent in-house supply is constructed on FN's traditional territory with their partnership, financed with government loans. I see a small percentage of raw chromite leaving the country unbenificated. I also see a total multi-project agreement this year. Construction will start winter 2012-2013. Of course if someone fets stupid and self-interested we could go another 5 years or never. I am still betting on the earlier timing.
