I missed something in my post.
I assumed this Hydro Deal involved only Cliffs. The more I think about it..I think it involves more than just a great deal for Cliffs. Perhaps a deal for Noront too.
This deal may provide access to a competitive power producer for both.
Two reasons I suspect this:
(1) Cliffs indicated they need approx 300MW, yet BluEarth is talking about having a portfolio of 350-400MW. Who is the extra power for?
