If you had rivals, (one being the WORLD's largest steel company..Arcelormittal) for control of Baffinland Iron Mines ...do not not think there will be some sort of a battle for control for all of this plentiful rich North American located chromite?

Will there be a joint partnership as seen in the Baffinland story?

Since we see the "types" of people speaking and mingling at these conferences....I am quite sure "they" will know the infrastructure contents and timing long before we do.

So, will "they" wait for the infrastructure to unravel during election time? Or, will one or a "combo-special" come out and show us the game plan?
