I wonder if most of the readers here noticed in my previous post that the discount to 5% assumes little or no infrastructure present so there is no further devaluation from the physical side. What additional devaluation is often added is based on politics, economy, environmental difficulties or similar that may be foreseen.

I still think that 5% is the valid level as applied to Noront. Indiginous people problems could still be applied based on recent history, but never to the extent of 1% level. That is why I posted my opinion and hoped you could provide some more negative reasoning for 1%.
Note that just a few years ago this stock was at 7$ when 1% valuation was appropriate on a much lower resource. So I repeat your comment "I know as fact this is so undervalued it's almost a joke that the market has this so wrong!"
