It is not clear. My understanding (I can stand corrected) is that Noront has staked a few expiring claims, some of which were originally held by BMK. Two of these claims have also been staked the same day by KWG. KWG affirms that its 'physical' staking prevails over Noront's. As has been said earlier, the end result is that legal ore is now at the disposal of some Law Firms to be mined, production to be happily billed during the following months (or years?)... Happily, I may say, from an attorney's point-of-view...!
