Instead of the BOD going to play golf for the day and smooshing ..maybe they could go into OUR petty cash and buy some rubber boots, flashlights, picks and shovels and find something that is tangible to the shareholders ...like nickel, chromite, copper, iums etc....of course indirectly they will be playing golf on your dime (I'd say nickel but we don't have any to report)
