We've given WES 2 years, and it's been an obvious failure. Oh sure, any day we could be tossed some news bits, or even major news, but to date, it's 2 years of bunko resulting in a downward spiraling stock price. We've waited and waited for news of some behind the scene big deal negotiations going on, but nada, except employee departures.

WES has been given every chance to respond to his first responsibility as CEO..the increase in NOT's shareholder value. His smugness in continuing to ignore the plummeting share price, or respond to shareholders is atrocious.

Investors have turned away in droves.

The cruel part of all of this is I don't think WES reads or pays attention to any of us. He has his big salary and his Hedge Fund advisers, and is beholden to no one.

I know that I will be critized for these negative comments (please be gentle because it's the plain truth). We can not vote the Directors out on an individual basis, so are we just stuck forever with this arrogant group?!

Does any one have a solution, or do we just wait and play nice?!
