i understand the frustration because the share price is so low. However i do not agree with many of the points you raise.

.) The share price is low we all know that but truthfully nobody knows why its so low it just seems like the markets are not interested in the ring of fire right now. And you can see this across the board in the ring of fire most of the companies also have decreasing share prices obviously not to the extent of Noront because noront has the most invested in the ring so when people lose interest obviously noront is affected more than the smaller guys. I think the guys at Dundee are smart about it they know this is how the market is treating Noront so why not wait it out till the best possible deal. Given the opportunity im sure every investor on this forum would love to get in as close to the bottom as possible. Dundee just recognizes potential and believes in the company so why not get more Noront for your dollar because the deposit isn;t going anywhere and the ammount of money spent to date the claims will stay with Noront forever.

.) the 1.25 flow through is actually more than the value of Noront right now so again those folk are just as upset as we all are and it would appear nothing is really that sketchy about that deal because why would anyone invest to lose money. And we may think its a low PP however we have to realise it costs a lot to explore in the James Bay Lowlands and we need all the money we can get and if thats the only one willing to finance us were kinda forced into taking it.

.) Part of the CEOs compensation is in the form of stock and options. It kinda makes him work a bit harder so he can make more money. Anyone can need money at anytime Wes has worked for those shares and they are his to do whatever he wants with them. Who are we to tell him not o sell shares, if he needs or wants the money he is allowed to sell shares. We do not own wes and we shouldn't criticize him for a personal decision he is a family man and is entitled to care for his family just like anyone of you on this forum would do if the need arose.

.) Windfall lake is a property i discussed in an earlier post a long time ago its really not the greatest thing on earth. There was a time when it was our only project so we had to oush it really hard and try and make it work. Those days are over because we have an Eagles Nest. The windfall lake property is not an easy one to explore either due to the spotty mineralization. Sure you get big numbers from time to time but its very hard to develop any real trends even though the eagle hill folk are trying to. I have spoken with the geologist at eagle hill and they seem to agree with me on that one. And if windfall is so great why isn't Eagle Hill stock price soaring. If its not doing anything for them it wouldn't help noront either and would just be a waste of money that is needed for our flagship property.

.) this is a smart decision because lets say they continue and EN closes off at a depth thats not 2000m well then the share price is going to tank even harder and everyone here is going to criticize noront for going ahead with the deep driling. Any smart group of management would have made the same decision. Deep drilling costs to much and if the deposit closes off they would kill the shareprice so smarter to not spend excessive amounts of money on a serious risk.

.) clearly you have not worked in exploration because if you had you would realise this happens all the time. And if finding mineralization was so easy every exploration company on earth would be worth billions. Nobody ever seems to understand this. If there is a company that strikes gold or whatever 100 percent of the time actually scratch that 50 percent...... actually scratch that again 20 percent of the time please point me in their direction. Willing to take even a 10 percent success rate.

.) this is just plain good management there was potential from one set of technology when they went looking it wasn't what they thought but why not investigate the area with a better more sophisticated technology before ruling out the area. This is exploration its what we in the industry have to do. Ask anyone in the industry all the easy stuff has already been found we have to look for things differently nowadays and we will most likely run into issues.

.) the freewest thing was an attempt to get us shareholders a lot more value. Unfortunately we lost out to a multibillion dollar company no shame in that we tried. I've played hockey my whole life but im pretty sure if i laced up and skated with some NHLers they would teach me a lesson or two. And the whole trading away thing if you look at some of the sections they released they wanted that land because the understanding was EN goes into those claims at depth. It was a bit of a gamble and we lost. Its kinda like trading Noront stock its a bit of a gamble we take because maybe it'll pay off. So to that extent I have to ask are you calling us investors all idiots for taking a chance with Noront.

.) I actually spoke to someone in the office about this and turns out they are actually doing some work with the blackbird deposit again trying to hit some more triple J. everyone here talks about calling in and speaking to Amanda or whomever, next time you guys want to call why not ask to speak to a geologist who can actually give you better answers rooted in a firm understanding of our deposit and exploration strategy. Our management is not dumb they understand the whole gold price thing aswell.

.) Not a bad thing to do with all sorts of new technology and increasing demands for steel why not re-explore this area it is part of our land package and who knows what we might find, this is really what exploration is all about.

.) Definitely should discuss this. Noront should come with a disclaimer. I appreciate the fact that wes lets people know its the right thing to do. and we are focussing all our attention there because we have a proven resource.

.)Apparently lots has been done with the natives. Because this winter even though there was a blockade we at Noront were allowed to conduct business as usual. Which just goes to show you that whoever is in charge of aboriginal affairs at Noront is doing a great job. Have any of you ever visited there Mikawaa website its amazing what Noront is doing.

Clearly the folk at Noront have shown they are great explorers. All I have to say to the naysayers is 20M tons. Point me in the direction of any other companies that have found 20M tons because I would like to add them to my portfolio.
