Hi Sum,

While I would normally agree with you that one should substantiate their statements, in this case, a long list of the BOD's shortcomings has been stated on this board many times, by several different posters.

I thought most of us knew exactly why "frnwid" was complaining. With the stock's recent performance, including today's, I think a rant or two is not unwarranted.

Sometimes the the rules need to be bent a little, IMHO.
