The last time we were this low it was the markets in general. I think its the markets again. NOBODY is running out to risk but the people who can wait it out. We have our value in the ground, not the SP and untill it is able to come out there is no interest in owning Noront. Like all mines it will slowly increase in SP as construction starts and proof of profit for SHs is realized. Can we get er done without too much dilution or will we be a 40% partner like Aber was with Diavik? Their SP hit $40+ with just a part ownership. WHat will Noronts part be at commissioning? That is the question for the future. Will Noront sell out its part? Second question. I don't think the optioned up management will let themselves miss out on alll the higher priced shares. I have faith in their greed.
