I disagree with you. The off-take deal as well as the JV's were mentioned in the last NR.

The amount of the off-take deal (up to 30%) was Wes's estimate. Not a done deal. He was trying to assuage my concern as to where the to-build money would be coming from.

I am always hesitate to post conversations with Wes on the forum. Wes never gives anything away that is new and significant.
