I have heard many analyists discuss how the most important aspect to investing is good management. As many here speculate why the share price is crashing, I point you in the direction of management. When they go, the share price will go up. It's really that simple.

In the meantime, they will continue to reward themselves with cheap options and give away large chunks of this company for a fraction of it's worth.....all at the expense of long time shareholders.

There once was a time I would preach to others about how much of a screaming buy this was at $3.00 or $2.00. Now, it appears to be a screaming sell at $.65. In spite of the fact that the resource is now 6 times what it was back then, we have this management group to contend with.....and apparently, that for now.....is one huge negative.
