the BOD issued a statement to the investors regarding the SP. Surely to god they understand that they are accountable to all the shareholders and that they are responsible to ensure that shareholder value is maximised. They are not appointed to keep a chair warm and only collect shares and warrants. There can be consequences for directors that fail to protect shareholders and maybe they need to be reminded, possibly with a rocket up their you know what.

Sadly the only executive team that fought for shareholders was turfed and we are stuck with Hamilton, Parisoto, et al and their stoolie Hanson. I don't get too excited anymore when I read of shareholders talking to office staff, lets face it the office staff probably know less than the educated shareholder. it's about time the BOD and Hanson faced some tough questions from shareholders, once that happens and we get truthful answers then I will sit up and take notice.
