Sorry, Crazy I disagree... an announcement of this magnitude would come McGuinty or the Ministry of Mines and Resources or the Ministry of Northern Affairs in conjunction with the Feds.

This is a high profile addition to the well being of both Ontario and Canada and like ALL politicians they would want their pictures and thumbprints all over this announcement
