I hope you are wrong...I didn't complete my fill today at .76. Folks shouldn't rule out NOT going down further though if the hoopla doesn't show more than posturing and blathering about what they are going to do and making big deals out of smoke. We'll have to wait to see. Promises from politicians are always highly suspect.
