• provide strategic policy development, research analyses and reviews to assist in the delivery and coordination of portfolio based initiatives/programs in one of the following:
- strategic infrastructure and investment planning initiatives
- mineral sector knowledge, industry relations and policy development associated with exploration and mineral development
- environmental assessment and land use planning
