It seems that if a person is disgruntled with our BOD???..it is called bashing and that person has no entitlement to his (their) opinion and has watched the SP nosedive, with out any meaningful messages from our BOD??? for the past year.

In the same respect if you agree with everything this BOD??? has done and is warranted to their "Christmas Bonus" and self-serving stock options and dubious transparancy you are called a pumper!!

Lately there has been numerous missals expounding the upcoming increase in the SP of our shares which I DO agree with.

I am not telling anyone to sell his (hers) shares, in fact, I am holding onto my shares until "Hell freezes over" or I am in a position to make a reasonable profit which ever comes first!.

As for "trashing"our?? BOD I don't think so... perhaps someone has tell the "king he has no clothes"

When you call it "our BOD" did we vote as to who would be on it or was it appointed? When they call for re-election they are "voted" in a slate...dead wood and all!!...Do you know the responsabilities of each BOD member and what each one "brings to the table" ?

I notice by your profile that you are a vice-president so you have been with Noront for some time and by your comments you are satisfied with the macinations of the BOD...all I can say is different stokes for different folks and.... what ever moves you boat.
